• Cleaning Fee: $350 (if cabin is not left clean per checklist)
• Garbage Fee: $250 (if trash or food is left on property)

• Solar / Power Violation: $50 (if solar fuse is blown)
• Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable within 14 days of arrival date
